The words, images, diagrams, and code samples on this site are my own work and remain my copyright unless a page says otherwise.

You are welcome to read it, quote a reasonable excerpt with attribution and a link back, and share it. You may not republish whole pages as your own, or present this work as yours in a portfolio, application, or listing.

Datasets referenced in the project write-ups (for example NOAA, USGS, FEMA, and census sources) belong to their respective publishers and carry their own terms. Nothing here overrides those.

The project write-ups describe systems I built, with real numbers from real runs. I have tried to be careful about the difference between what the data shows and what it merely suggests, and to say when something is uncertain.

Even so, this is a portfolio, not documentation or professional advice. Content is provided as-is, may go out of date, and may contain errors. Do not rely on it for engineering, legal, financial, or safety decisions. If something looks wrong, tell me and I will fix it.
